Learn Your Website —
Not Just WordPress.
Generic WordPress tutorials teach you how WordPress works in general. TIV360 training teaches you how your specific website works — your pages, your plugins, your layout, your content workflow. And it's not just instruction: bring your questions, your frustrations, your "I can't figure out why this does that" moments. Every session is open for real answers to the real challenges you're actually running into. Onsite, remote, or recorded video. Built around your team and your schedule.
YouTube Teaches WordPress.
TIV360 Teaches Your Website.
Every WordPress site is built differently. The plugins, the layout tool, the content structure, the image workflow — none of it is the same from one site to the next. A general tutorial won't show you where your stuff actually lives.
Training Specific to What You Actually Have — Plus Answers to Every Question You've Got
Your site was built with specific tools — Beaver Builder for layouts, your particular plugins, your custom modules and page structures. Generic WordPress videos assume a default setup that probably looks nothing like yours. TIV360 training is conducted on your live site, walking through the exact screens, buttons, and workflows you'll use every day — so you and your staff finish each session ready to actually make changes, not just vaguely familiar with how WordPress works in theory.
And every session is an open floor for questions. If something on your site has been confusing you, frustrating you, or slowing you down — bring it. We'll walk through it together until it makes sense and you can handle it yourself going forward.
Three Ways to Learn —
Pick What Works for Your Team
Onsite at your location, remote over screen share, or a personalized video library you can reference any time. All three are built around your site — not a generic WordPress demo.
Onsite Training
I come to your business location in Rochester / Southeast Minnesota or Santa Rosa / Sonoma County California and train you and your team in person — on your computers, with your screens, at your pace.
Ideal for getting multiple staff members up to speed at once, or for clients who prefer face-to-face instruction for hands-on tasks like content management and image uploads.
- Available in SE Minnesota & Sonoma County CA
- Train your whole team in a single session
- Work directly on your live site or staging
- Q&A built into every session
- Follow-up sessions available as skills develop
Remote Sessions
Anywhere in the US — screen share training conducted over video call. I walk through your site with you in real time, demonstrate exactly what to click and where to find things, and hand control to you to practice while I'm watching.
Same personalized approach as onsite, without the geography limitation. Works great for individual sessions, quick refreshers, and training staff in different locations.
- Available nationwide via screen share
- Real-time guidance on your actual site
- Sessions recorded on request for later reference
- Flexible scheduling — no travel time required
- Great for one-on-one and small group sessions
Personalized Training Videos
Custom screen-recorded videos made specifically for your site — showing your dashboard, your pages, your plugins, and your exact workflows. Your team can watch, rewatch, and reference them any time without scheduling a live session.
Perfect for onboarding new staff, documenting recurring tasks, or creating a permanent training library for your business so nothing gets lost when an employee turns over.
- Recorded on your actual site — not a demo
- Cover specific tasks your team performs regularly
- Delivered as private video files your team can access
- Reusable for onboarding future staff members
- Can be updated as your site evolves
What Your Team Will Be Able
to Do After Training
Topics are tailored to your site — but here's what most clients want their staff to handle independently after a TIV360 training session.
Content Editing
Update page text, edit blog posts, add new pages, format content correctly — using Beaver Builder or the WordPress editor specific to how your site is built.
Images & Media
Upload images, resize and compress for web, add alt text for SEO, insert into pages and posts correctly so your site stays fast and consistent.
Blog & News Posts
Create and publish blog posts, assign categories and tags, set featured images, schedule posts for future publishing — the full content workflow for your site.
WooCommerce Management
Add and edit products, manage inventory, process orders, update pricing and shipping — for clients running WooCommerce stores who want to manage their catalog in-house.
Beaver Builder Editing
Use Beaver Builder's drag-and-drop editor to modify your page layouts — text modules, image modules, button CTAs — without accidentally breaking your design or structure.
User & Role Management
Add staff members with the right permission levels, manage who can edit what, handle password resets, and keep your WordPress user list clean and secure.
Analytics & Reporting
Read your Google Analytics 4 reports, understand where traffic is coming from, identify your most popular pages, and use data to make informed decisions about your content.
Basic Security Hygiene
What to look out for in your WordPress dashboard, how to handle plugin update notifications responsibly, and what to do — and not do — to avoid creating security vulnerabilities.
Your Questions — All of Them
Every training session is an open floor. Bring the things that have been confusing you, the tasks you've been avoiding, the "I don't know why this isn't working" moments. We work through your real challenges in real time — and you leave with answers, not a list of things to Google later.
Train Your Whole Team —
Not Just One Person
When only one person knows how to update the website, the business is one resignation away from being stuck. Staff turnover is real — and "ask Sarah, she knows how to do it" isn't a content strategy.
TIV360 training is designed to document and transfer website knowledge to your whole team — so anyone who needs to make updates can do it correctly, without calling a developer for every small change.
Personalized training videos are especially useful here — recorded once, available forever, instantly usable for onboarding new employees without scheduling a fresh training session each time.
- Multiple staff trained in a single onsite or remote session
- Video library eliminates recurring onboarding cost
- Role-specific training — front desk vs. marketing manager
- No dependency on one "website person" in your org
- Clear documentation of what your staff can and can't change
- Follow-up sessions available as your site grows
Onboarding Ready
New hire starting Monday? A personalized video library means they can learn your site on day one without scheduling a live session.
Role-Appropriate
Front desk staff don't need to know plugin settings. Marketing needs Beaver Builder. Training is scoped to each role's actual responsibilities.
Live Site Practice
Training on your real site — or a staging copy — means staff practice exactly what they'll do on the job, not on some disconnected demo.
Confidence Building
Staff who've been trained properly make changes confidently. Staff who haven't avoid the site entirely — or break things trying.
Reduced Dev Dependency
Every task your staff can handle in-house is one less support request — and one less reason to interrupt your developer over a text edit.
Refresher Sessions
Site been updated or expanded? A quick refresher session gets your team current on new features or workflows without starting from scratch.
Rather Just Have Brandon
Handle It? That Works Too.
Training puts your team in the driver's seat. But if you'd rather stay focused on running your business and let TIV360 manage the website side — that's a completely valid choice and exactly what maintenance plans are for.
Content Updates
Need a page updated, a new blog post published, or a product added? Send it over and I'll handle it — no training required on your end.
Ongoing Maintenance
Monthly plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, and performance checks — all handled by Brandon personally every month. See the maintenance plans page for details.
Development Work
New features, redesigned sections, new landing pages, custom functionality — ongoing development work is available for clients who want to keep growing their site without managing it themselves.
Hybrid Approach
Train your team to handle day-to-day content while TIV360 handles the technical maintenance and development. Most clients end up here — it's the most efficient split.
WordPress Training Is Right for You If...
Training makes sense in a lot of situations — here are the ones we see most often.
New Site Owners
Just launched a TIV360-built site and want to understand how to manage it yourself? A post-launch training session is the natural next step — and is included as part of every build.
Business Owners Taking Over
You had someone else managing the website and now you need to handle it yourself. Training gets you up to speed on your specific setup fast — without wading through irrelevant YouTube content.
Marketing & Office Staff
Your team needs to publish blog posts, update service pages, or manage a WooCommerce catalog — but nobody's been properly shown how to use the site without breaking something.
Staff Turnover
The person who "knew the website" just left. Training the replacement — or building a video library so this never happens again — is exactly what this service covers.
Growing Teams
Your business is scaling and more people need website access. Group training sessions and role-specific video libraries make sure everyone's working the right way.
Clients With Custom Builds
Your site has custom functionality, specific plugin workflows, or a non-standard setup. Generic tutorials won't cover it — training on your actual site will.
Common Training Questions
Does training work for sites you didn't build?
Yes — I'll review your site before the session and tailor the training to how it's actually structured. I work with any WordPress setup, not just TIV360-built sites.
How long is a typical training session?
Most sessions run 1–2 hours for focused topics. Full onboarding for a new staff member or comprehensive team training typically spans 2–3 hours or can be split across multiple sessions.
Can training videos be updated as my site changes?
Yes. If you add new features, switch plugins, or redesign a section, updated training videos can be recorded to reflect the changes — so your library stays accurate.
What if a staff member needs a refresher later?
Refresher sessions can be booked anytime. Personalized video libraries are the best long-term solution — they're always available for rewatching without scheduling anything.
Is onsite training available outside MN and CA?
Onsite is currently available in southeast Minnesota and Sonoma County, California. Remote training via screen share is available anywhere in the US with no location restriction.
What if we'd rather just have TIV360 handle website updates?
Totally fine — that's what maintenance plans are for. Training and managed maintenance aren't mutually exclusive either — many clients do both.
