Actually Work on Every Device.
From a branded business email on your own domain to private encrypted mail, Office 365 Outlook setup to Gmail — TIV360 sets up, migrates, and connects email across every provider, every client, and every device. Whether you're a solo business owner who needs one inbox to work everywhere, or a company moving to Microsoft 365, we handle it end to end.
Every Major Email Platform.
One Place to Get It Done.
The right email solution depends on your business, your privacy needs, your budget, and what devices you're using. TIV360 works with all of them — setup, migration, and ongoing support regardless of which platform you're on or moving to.
Office 365 & Outlook Most Requested
Microsoft 365 email setup for personal and business accounts — Exchange configuration, Outlook profile setup on desktop and mobile, calendar and contacts sync, shared mailbox setup, and troubleshooting the perpetual Outlook issues that come with Windows updates. Personal, Business Basic, Business Standard, and Enterprise plans all supported.
ProtonMail & Private Email
End-to-end encrypted email for people who want genuine privacy — ProtonMail, Tutanota, and other privacy-first providers. Account setup, custom domain configuration on Proton, and connecting private mail accounts to desktop clients. A real alternative for anyone concerned about big-tech mail scanning or needing attorney-client or healthcare-grade privacy.
Gmail & Google Workspace
Personal Gmail setup and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for businesses — custom domain email on Google's infrastructure, Google Meet, Drive, and calendar integration. Workspace setup for teams, user account management, migration from other providers to Google, and connecting Google accounts to Outlook or Thunderbird for users who prefer a desktop client.
Custom Domain Email Hosting
Your own domain — yourname@yourbusiness.com — hosted on TIV360's web servers or another provider of your choice. Included with TIV360 website hosting packages. Proper DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication records configured so your email actually lands in inboxes instead of spam folders. The professional email presence every business needs from day one.
cPanel & Web Host Email
Email accounts managed through cPanel or other web hosting control panels — creating and managing mailboxes, setting storage quotas, configuring forwarders and autoresponders, and connecting those accounts to any email client. For businesses whose email lives on the same server as their website.
Email Migration
Moving from one email provider to another without losing a single message — from old ISP email to Gmail, from Gmail to Microsoft 365, from one host to another. Email migration is where things go wrong most often if done casually. TIV360 handles the transfer with proper IMAP-to-IMAP migration, folder structure preservation, and verification before the old account is closed.
Spam Reduction
If your inbox is buried in junk, the fix is usually a combination of server-side filtering, client-side rules, and provider settings that most people never touch. TIV360 configures spam filters at the hosting level, sets up aggressive but accurate filtering rules in your email client, enables provider spam tools (Outlook Junk filters, Gmail filters, SpamAssassin on hosted accounts), and where spam is coming through due to a compromised address — helps you manage the address, set up forwarders, or migrate to a clean inbox without losing legitimate mail.
Get Your Inbox Working
on Every Device You Use.
Having email set up at the provider level is only half the job. Getting it working correctly in the client you actually use — on desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet — is where most people run into trouble. TIV360 connects your email to whatever you prefer.
Thunderbird
Mozilla Thunderbird is a free, powerful open-source email client for Windows, Mac, and Linux — a favorite for users who want full control over their email without subscription costs. TIV360 sets up Thunderbird with any email provider using IMAP or POP3, configures calendars via Lightning, sets up multiple accounts, and troubleshoots the issues that come with updates.
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook as a desktop client for any email provider — not just Microsoft accounts. Connecting Gmail, custom domain email, cPanel accounts, and ProtonMail Bridge to Outlook. Profile setup, OST/PST file management, signature configuration, calendar and contacts sync, and fixing the endless variety of Outlook issues that surface after Windows or Office updates.
iPhone & Android Mail
Connecting any email account to the native iPhone Mail app, Gmail app, Outlook mobile, or Android's built-in mail client. IMAP configuration, push vs. fetch settings, certificate errors, and the common situation where mobile email stopped syncing after a password change or provider update — all sorted without losing existing messages.
Apple Mail
MacOS Mail app configuration for any provider — iCloud, Gmail, Microsoft 365, custom domain email, or ProtonMail via Bridge. Calendar and contacts integration with Apple's ecosystem, troubleshooting sync issues, and fixing Mail when it stops working after a macOS update (a recurring frustration for Mac users).
Webmail Access
Setting up and configuring webmail access — Roundcube, Horde, or provider webmail — for when you need to access email from any browser without installing anything. Useful as a backup access method and for users who travel or work across multiple computers. cPanel webmail configuration for hosted email accounts.
Multiple Accounts & Inboxes
Setting up and managing multiple email accounts in a single client — personal and business accounts in the same Thunderbird or Outlook profile, unified inboxes across providers, and organizing email so different accounts don't bleed into each other. Common for freelancers, small business owners, and anyone juggling more than one email identity.
Custom Domain Email
Included with Website Hosting.
When TIV360 hosts your website, professional custom domain email comes with it — yourname@yourbusiness.com — set up properly from day one with the authentication records that keep your email out of spam folders and your domain reputation intact.
Custom Domain Email
Your business email on your own domain — not @gmail.com or @yahoo.com. Professional, credible, and fully under your control. Included with TIV360 web hosting with as many mailboxes as your plan supports.
DKIM, SPF & DMARC
The three authentication records that tell receiving mail servers your email is legitimate — and keep your messages out of spam. Most small business email setups are missing one or more of these. TIV360 configures all three correctly at setup.
Forwarders & Aliases
Email forwarders (info@ → youremail@gmail.com), catch-all addresses, and mailbox aliases — so you can have multiple professional addresses without managing multiple full inboxes.
SSL & Secure Connections
Encrypted IMAP/SMTP connections using SSL/TLS — so email credentials and message content aren't transmitted in plaintext. Properly configured on every TIV360-hosted email account from day one.
Webmail Included
Browser-based webmail access via Roundcube or cPanel webmail — so your email is accessible from any device, anywhere, without configuring a desktop client first. Useful as a primary access method or a reliable backup.
Client Setup Support
Every TIV360-hosted email account comes with help connecting it to your device — Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone, Android, or whatever you're using. No figuring out server settings on your own.
Getting to the Inbox —
Not the Spam Folder.
Email deliverability is one of the most overlooked problems in small business email. You can send a perfectly legitimate email and have it land in spam — not because of your content, but because your domain's authentication records aren't set up correctly. TIV360 diagnoses and fixes deliverability problems that have been quietly costing businesses missed communications for months.
Security goes hand in hand — email is the most common vector for phishing, account takeover, and business email compromise. The right setup protects both your outgoing reputation and your incoming exposure.
- SPF — tells receiving servers which IPs are authorized to send from your domain
- DKIM — a cryptographic signature that verifies your email wasn't tampered with in transit
- DMARC — instructs receiving servers what to do when SPF or DKIM fail, and sends you reports
- Blacklist monitoring — checking whether your domain or IP has been flagged
- Two-factor authentication on all email accounts
- App-specific passwords for clients that don't support modern auth
- Phishing awareness — how to identify spoofed senders and malicious links
- Business email compromise prevention for companies handling financial communications
SPF Record Setup
Properly formatted SPF record in your DNS — authorizing your mail server, any third-party senders (Mailchimp, CRM tools), and nothing else.
DKIM Key Configuration
Generating and publishing DKIM keys for your domain and verifying that outgoing mail is being signed correctly at the server level.
DMARC Policy
DMARC policy setup from monitoring (p=none) through enforcement (p=reject) — with aggregate reporting so you can see who's sending as your domain.
Spam Diagnosis
Diagnosing why legitimate email is landing in spam — authentication failures, blacklisted IPs, content triggers, or reputation issues with the sending domain.
Account Security
MFA setup, recovery options, app passwords for legacy clients, and reviewing third-party app access to your email accounts.
Phishing Defense
Email filtering setup, spam rule configuration, and practical guidance on identifying spoofed senders before they do damage.
Common Email Questions
What's the difference between IMAP and POP3?
IMAP syncs your email across all devices — read a message on your phone and it's marked read on your computer too. It's the right choice for almost everyone today. POP3 downloads email to one device and usually deletes it from the server — which causes chaos if you check email on more than one device. TIV360 always sets up IMAP unless there's a specific reason not to.
My email is going to spam — how do I fix it?
Usually it's a missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC record. Sometimes it's an IP reputation issue with a shared hosting server. Occasionally it's a blacklist entry that needs to be cleared. TIV360 runs a full deliverability audit — checking your DNS records, testing your sending reputation, and identifying exactly what's causing the problem before touching anything.
Can you set up email on my phone and computer?
Yes — that's one of the most common requests. TIV360 connects your email to whatever devices and clients you use: Outlook on your desktop, the native Mail app on your iPhone, Gmail app on Android, Thunderbird on Linux — whatever combination you have. All synced so your inbox is consistent everywhere.
Is ProtonMail actually private?
End-to-end encrypted when sending between Proton users — meaning even Proton can't read your messages. When emailing non-Proton addresses, messages leave the encrypted environment at delivery, but Proton still doesn't scan your mailbox for advertising. It's a meaningful privacy upgrade over Gmail or Outlook for anyone with legitimate privacy concerns. TIV360 sets up ProtonMail with custom domains and connects it to desktop clients via Proton Mail Bridge.
Do I need Google Workspace or can I just use Gmail?
Free Gmail works fine for personal use but doesn't give you a custom domain address. Google Workspace (starting at ~$6/user/month) gives you name@yourbusiness.com on Google's infrastructure, along with Drive, Meet, and shared calendars managed under your business account. TIV360 helps you decide whether Workspace, Microsoft 365, or TIV360-hosted email is the right fit for your situation.
Can you migrate my old email to a new provider?
Yes — including moving years of archived email, preserving folder structure, and verifying everything arrived before the old account is closed or redirected. Done correctly, a migration is invisible to you after the fact. Done carelessly, you lose email history you'll eventually need. TIV360 does it the right way.
Email Working on
Every Device. Finally.
Whether you need a new business email on your domain, a full Office 365 migration, private encrypted mail, or just your inbox finally working the same on your phone and computer — TIV360 handles it all.
