In the 5th WordPress Training Video I discuss how to update the plugins in WordPress.

Note – Always backup your website before updating plugins or features of your WordPress site. Updates can overwrite custom code in your website theme or its plugin functionality that is unique to your website. Backing up your site ensure you have a working copy of your site to fall back on if a plugin update causes you issues or bugs.
